What does “From System to Soul” mean?
From early in life, we learn how to belong.
But belonging and autonomy do not have to be opposites. Aurora creates space between what shaped you and what you choose. That space is where your own voice can emerge.
Soul is not a hidden identity that Aurora can reveal. It is not something technology can define. It is the deeply human capacity to notice. To feel. To question. To form your own judgement. To choose. To take responsibility. To connect. To participate without losing yourself.

Does Aurora use AI?
Aurora uses AI to support reflection. Not to tell you who you are.
In the Mirror, an AI voice asks the questions, and your written Reflection is prepared with AI.
Technology can ask. Listen. Reflect. But it cannot make your choices, love another person, build trust or create meaning on your behalf. Those parts of life remain human.
Who is behind Aurora?
Aurora brings together different experiences of relationship, inner exploration, entrepreneurship, organisations, cultures and technology.
The people behind Aurora are Marien Kwant, Marjam Beke and Karthik Elangovan.
Marien is a father, entrepreneur and founder of AIM4.
Marjam is a woman, mother and independent interim manager with Egyptian and Dutch roots.
Karthik is an entrepreneur and AI engineer from India.
Where does Aurora come from?
Aurora Circles did not begin on a whiteboard.
For 23 years, the AIM4 network organisation has worked with independent professionals organised through circles, relationships, trust, reciprocity and shared work.
AIM4 became practical experience and solid proof of what can happen when relationships become part of the infrastructure of an organisation. Aurora takes that experience further.

The Mirror
What is the Aurora Mirror?
The Aurora Mirror is a voice conversation guided by twelve questions. Around thirty minutes.
The conversation begins with your life. Your answers may touch on family, relationships, education, work, expectations or choices. They may lead somewhere entirely different.
You choose what to share. You choose how to answer.
How long does the Mirror take?
It takes around thirty minutes. Twelve questions. One at a time.
There is nothing you need to prepare. Find somewhere you can speak comfortably.
What language is the conversation in?
The conversation is in English.
Is the Mirror a personality test?
The Aurora Mirror is not a personality test. It does not give you a score. It does not place you in a category. It does not decide who you are.
Not an answer. Not advice. A conversation.
Aurora asks. You answer. The meaning remains yours.
Is the Mirror therapy?
The Aurora Mirror is not therapy and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care.

The Gift Card contains a QR code leading directly to their personal Aurora landing page. No need to understand Aurora first. Everything they need is there.

Your conversation
Can I stop during the conversation?
Yes. The conversation screen has an “End conversation” button, and you can also say that you want to stop.
What happens after the conversation?
After the conversation, you receive a written Reflection grounded in your own words. It will come to you by email.
The Mirror is complete in itself. If something stays with you and you want to explore further, the Aurora Deep Dive follows.
You can also give the Mirror to someone else as a gift.
Who can read my conversation?
The conversation is recorded and reviewed by the Aurora team. You are asked to consent to that before you begin.
The conversation is also processed by the AI services that run the Mirror and prepare your Reflection.
You decide what you share.
Does the person who gave me the Gift Card see my conversation?
No. The person who gave you the Gift Card has no access to your conversation or your Reflection.

What is the Deep Dive?
The Mirror creates a moment. Deep Dive creates space.
Four connected conversations over two weeks. Go further into what you carry, what you value, what you create and how you meet the world around you.
Four days between each one. Time to return to ordinary life. To let things settle. To notice what remains.

What is a Circle?
A Circle is a group of autonomous people connected around something that matters.
It can be any group of people with a purpose: a team, a department, an organisation, a start-up, a sports team, a community or a not-for-profit.
Autonomous enough to stand. Connected enough to create.
What is human infrastructure?
Every family, team, organisation and community has a visible structure. Roles. Responsibilities. Agreements. Processes.
But beneath it sits another structure. Less visible. More human. Trust. Relationships. Openness. Reciprocity. The ability to disagree. The courage to speak. The willingness to listen.
Structure can organise work. Human infrastructure makes collaboration possible.
What is Moving Personal Leadership?
Leadership begins before anyone follows you. It begins with being able to lead yourself.
Equality does not mean everyone knows the same. Horizontal does not mean leaderless. Different moments call for different people.
